Request deletion of a game account and its associated data, deletion of specific information, or help accessing or correcting your information. This form is available without a game login.

What happens next

1. Choose your game and request type. Include your player name or account ID, and describe what you want us to do. For a wallet-based account, a public wallet address may help identify it.
2. The studio receives your request in a private inbox. We may contact you at the email address you provide to verify that the account is yours.
3. After review, we explain what can be deleted or provided and confirm the result. A form confirmation means the request was saved; it does not mean deletion has finished.

Deleting an account can remove access to its profile, progress, and associated server-held data. Local device saves must be removed separately. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by the studio. See retention and deletion for the applicable limits.

Never send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or payment-card details.
